Our successful business is growing quickly and we are looking for a Lending/Client Support Superstar!

This role is responsible for supporting our brokers in the lending process including client follow ups, lender comparisons, submitting applications, tracking progress and following up with customers, lenders and other business partners

We are looking for a person that keeps the information flow moving, helping us to provide excellent customer service. This role suits somebody with lending experience in a broker environment and wants to pursue a career in mortgage broking.

Exposure to Apply Online is highly desirable, as is Diploma of Finance. If you are mature minded, with an ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, an organiser, but still able to have a laugh then this may be the job for you.

What You Need to Have

Requirements – lending or banking experience, broking experience, Cert IV (preferred).
